HAIR Consultation/Personal Shopper

Service Description

This is payable to clients who do not have a follow up hair service with Nicer. If you book a follow up hair service you pay £6 only for the consultation and the balance will move forward as your deposit. That is £10.00 will be deducted from the total paid for your service. For specialised consultations - hair loss, product or home care or any specialised advice - consultations start at £20.00 per hour. This could also include personal shopping visit to the hair and beauty supplier to select and buy products or hair -

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please contact us 48hrs (working day) in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A non refundable deposit is required to confirm any appointment over 30 mins. Deposits can be made via card via pay link or invoice, paypal or BACS - account no. 00249300 sort code 200782 with your name as reference. Your appointment is only classed as provisionally booked and NOT CONFIRMED until DEPOSIT is RECEIVED. Full payment is required 48 hours before appointment. Please familiarise yourself with our booking policy on www.nicerhairsalon.co.uk/termsandconditions. If you cancel less than 2 working days (48hrs) notice you will automatically loose your deposit and will be invoiced for the balance of that service. The invoice will need to be settled in full before you can rebook. No shows will need to pay in full for their next appointment. Please note all clients will need to adhere to the safety measures before a service. Agreement is at the time of booking. Thanks
